Loan Officers | Hybrid/Remote
Our company is actively seeking Mortgage Loan Officers to join our expanding team. As a seasoned mortgage professional, you will be tasked with generating new mortgage and refinance applications by establishing and maintaining contacts with centers of influence; building relationships with local referral networks; interviewing and prequalifying borrowers to determine loan needs; advising borrowers about products, programs, terms, and pricing; ensuring timely and accurate mortgage application documents; managing pipeline, meeting sales hurdles and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Excellent sales skills
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable in a self-sourcing business environment
Tech savvy with CRM experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Must hold an active Mortgage Loan Originator License
3+ years of residential mortgage sales experience preferred
Minimum documented loan volume of $8 million over the past 12 months
Generate new business through contacts with centers of influence
Establish and maintain business relationships with local referral networks
Interview and pre-qualify borrowers to determine loan needs
Advise borrowers about products, programs, terms, and pricing
Ensure timely and accurate mortgage application documents
Manage pipeline and expected closing dates
Communicate with borrowers regularly to help guide them throughout the process
Ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and objective
